By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Patricia A. Tomasello to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Envision Bank, and now held by PNC Bank, National Association, said mortgage dated November 21, 2019 and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 52012, Page 212, said mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Envision Bank to PNC Bank, National Association by assignment dated June 24, 2025 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 60078, Page 211; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on January 15, 2026 at 02:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

Being shown as Lot No. 926 on plan entitled, "Plan of Indian Rock Shores, Section No. 2, Lakeville, Mass., New England Acres, Inc. Prop." Dated March 12, 1955, Benj. R. Evans, Surveyor, revised December 1, 1955 and filed in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 10, Page 321.
Containing 5,000 square feet, more or less.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises as described by deed dated and recorded November 5, 2013 with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 43795 Page 264.
The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.
