Kyle McCra, 44 and 46 Libbey Lane, Westborough, MA, has applied for a Variance (G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 10). The Petitioner seeks a Variance under the Westborough Zoning Bylaws, (Section 2.3.B), for the minimum requirements for the front and side yard setback and/or any other relief deemed necessary to allow the petition. The property is located in an open space community, the allowable side yard setback is 15ft, the allowable front yard setback is 30ft. The applicant is seeking side yard setback relief to 13.5ft on both sides of 44 Libbey Lane. Approximately 14ft on the south side setback of 46 Libbey Lane. Front yard relief to approximately 21ft for both 44 and 46 Libbey Lane. The subject properties is owned by Casa Builders and Developers and is located at 44 Libbey Lane, identified as Map 3, Parcel 5744 and 46 Libbey Lane, identified as Map 3, Parcel 5746 on the Assessors’ Maps of the Town of Westborough.
