NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY FELTON BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Felton Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on January 15, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Felton Borough Municipal Building located at 88 Main Street, Felton Borough, York County, PA, 17322, for the purpose of hearing the following zoning application: Ben Walther (Walther Property Holdings, LLC) requests variances from Section 5.02(A) of the Felton Borough Floodplain Ordinance and Section 802(E)(2) of the Felton Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit a semi-detached two-family dwelling (duplex) in the floodplain without the necessary elevations above the base floodplain elevation (BFE) on property located at 13 Maul Avenue in the Residential Zoning District.
