SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2017, Lakeisha C. Green and Torrance T. Green, husband, as tenants by the entirety, with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common executed a certain deed of trust to Patrick A. Sheehan, Esq., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for The Money Source Inc., its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, State of Mississippi in Book 7203 at Page 5694 Instrument No. 1574080; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated January 4, 2024 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 7303 Page 6599, Instr. #1861948; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, SERVBANK, N.A., the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LLG MS LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on February 13, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the North Door of the County Courthouse of Hinds County, located at 407 East Pascagoula Street, Jackson, MS 39201, to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Hinds County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
The following described land and real property situated and located in the First Judicial
District of Hinds County, Mississippi, more particularly and certainly described as follows:
Lot 3 and 20 Feet off the South side of Lot 2, Block 9, Gordon's Subdivision, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, at Jackson, Mississippi, in Plat Book 1 at Page 96, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
