City of Spring Hill, TN
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Spring Hill in hard-copy (physical) form only until 2:00 P.M. (local time) on January 5, 2026, at Spring Hill City Hall, 199 Town Center Parkway, Spring Hill, TN 37174. At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic and/or email will not be accepted.
Each Bid shall be submitted as a sealed physical bid package and shall include a completed Bid Form and all other documents required by the Bidding Documents. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form.

The City will be procuring the following items under separate bid packages:
Progressive Cavity Pumps Procurement
Furnishing of progressive cavity pumps for sludge and polymer service, including pump assemblies, drive units, bases, and all vendor-supplied accessories required to provide complete and fully functional pumping systems. Equipment shall include all required controls, connections, and ancillary components as specified in the Progressive Cavity Pump Procurement Contract Documents and shall include Owner training and operation and maintenance manuals.
Sludge Density Probes Procurement
Furnishing of two (2) sludge density probes, including sensors, transmitters, mounting hardware, and all vendor-supplied accessories required to provide complete and fully functional sludge density measurement systems. Equipment shall include all required controls, wiring terminations, and ancillary components as specified in the Sludge Density Probe Procurement Contract Documents, and shall include Owner training and operation and maintenance manuals.

The Bidder shall submit its Price Proposal in a separate sealed envelope, clearly marked “PRICE PROPOSAL – Equipment Title”. This envelope shall be included within the Bidder’s overall sealed physical bid package. No pricing information shall appear in any other part of the proposal.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids regarding this contract, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bids, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City.
This project is funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Bidders must comply with all applicable federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200, Appendix II, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements, and all Tennessee procurement requirements.
