Harris and Shannon Harris executed a Deed of Trust to Jack G. Moss, Trustee for the benefit of Merchants & Planters Bank, to secure the indebtedness therein described, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi in Book 638 at Page 5697; and;   WHEREAS, on September 24, 2025, Merchants & Planters Bank appointed and substituted Joe S. Deaton, III as Trustee in the aforesaid Deed of Trust in the place and stead of the Trustee, said Substitution of Trustee is recorded in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi in Book 649 at Page 3170;   WHEREAS, under the terms of the aforesaid Deed of Trust, the beneficiary or any subsequent holder of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust is authorized and empowered to appoint and substitute another Trustee in the place of the Trustee named therein, at any time by writing, duly signed and acknowledged and recorded in the county where the premises are located; and   WHEREAS, Merchants & Planters Bank, is the holder of the note(s) secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and now desires to substitute Matthew R. Anthony in the place and stead of the present Trustee and Substitute Trustee.   NOW THEREFORE, Merchants & Planters Bank, does hereby appoint and substitute Matthew R.
