Villanueva and Santiago Villanueva to "MERS", Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a separate corporation that is acting solely as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., "Lender"; its successors and assigns, dated March 20, 2007, and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 34284, Page 13, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
