NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Milford will conduct a Public Hearing on the following petition on January 8, 2026, in Room 3, at the Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA at the time indicated:
1. At 6:00 P.M. General Business.
2. At 6:05 P.M. On the application of Regiane Ferreira, 1 Esther Dr., Milford, MA 01757 for Special Permit relief pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to a parcel of land on the easterly side of Esther Drive, known and numbered as 1 Esther Drive and consisting of 25,386 sq. ft. of land, more or less. The Special Permit relief is sought in order to permit the keeping of up to 5 dogs as Residential Animals within the meaning of the Zoning By-Law.
3. At 6:10 P.M. On the application of Home National Realty Corporation, 8 Uxbridge Rd., Mendon, MA 01756 to amend a Variance which was previously issued under a date of August 8, 2025 in relation to a parcel of land consisting of 93,448 sq. ft., more or less, located on the northerly side of Medway Road, and known and numbered as 100 Medway Road. The Amendment is sought for reason of an erroneous reference in the previously issued variance which transposed the frontage and width dimensions of the commercial lot. In that earlier decision, both lot width and frontage are described in error as being 206.26 ft. The amendment to the earlier variance is sought in order to correct the erroneous reference so the record is accurate.
Copies of the above petitions and diagrams of the proposals to which they relate are on file with the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA and are available for public inspection. In addition, the application and related documents are on the Towns website. Persons interested in said petition are invited to review same and express their views thereon at the above-scheduled hearing.
