Legal Notice Take Notice, that I, Terra Thorpe, Tax Collector of the Town of Bath, County of Steuben and State of New York, have received the tax roll and warrant for collection of taxes with the Town of Bath for the year 2026 and that I will attend at the Municipal Building at 110 Liberty Street, Room 103 in the Village of Bath from 9:00 AM to Noon and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM each day except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, starting Friday, January 2, 2024. Take Further Notice. On all such taxes remaining unpaid after January 31, 2023 shall have interest added at the rate of one (1) percent for the first month (for the month of February) and an additional one (1) percent for each additional month thereof, thereafter, until the return of the unpaid taxes is made to the County Treasurer on Tuesday, April 1, 2026 pursuant to law and to whom they are payable with (5) five percent and interest at the rate of (12) twelve percent from February 1st.
