That at the Byram Planning Board meeting on December 18, 2025, the following business took place:
ADOPTED a resolution memorializing its decision at the Planning Board Meeting of November 6 2025, granting approval to Angela R. Prestia, for a minor subdivision, extension of variance approval, the minimum lot area, minimum front yard setback, minimum lot width, and minimum setback from the lake, for a minor subdivision/lot line adjustment, located at 127 North Shore Road, Block 125, Lot 33, and Block 124 Lot 37, and Block 331 Lot 6, which premises are in the R5 Zone.
ADOPTED a resolution memorializing its decision at the Planning Board Meeting of November 20 2025, granting approval to JAM Hospitality Group, for a use variance, to use the existing structure for short term rentals, primarily associated with a banquet hall located nearby in Waterloo Village, located at 568 Waterloo Road, Block 384, Lot 8, which premises are in the R1 Zone.
