NOTICE City of Avondale Request for Proposals RFP DSD 26-034 River Master Plan for Avondale, Arizona Notice is hereby given that the City of Avondale is issuing this Request for Proposals seeking proposals (“RFP”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing the River Master Plan for Avondale, Arizona. A non-mandatory Pre-submittal Conference will be held via Teams Conference, January 8, 2026 at 1:30 PM. All questions must be in writing and are due no later than January 22, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on February 4th, 2026, and must be submitted online through OpenGov, only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting RFP responses through the OpenGov Website address: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/avondaleaz. RFP responses will only be accepted online.
