Whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold or otherwise disposed of according to law by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the judgment. Now therefore, public notice is hereby given that, Sheriff Stephen J. Levorchick of Ottawa County, Ohio, will sell such property at our on-line Realauction website
https://ottawa.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov for not less than judgment amount of $51,409.14 on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. If the parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on Friday, January 30, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M. for an amount that is no less than $30,509.46.
Terms of sale: Purchaser Must deposit $5,000 with the Ottawa County Realauction Sheriffs Sale site. (See online sale/bidding instructions). Balance is due upon confirmation. Subject to any liens for real property taxes not due and payable on the day of sale. 5721.19(H) requires successful bidders pay recording and conveyance fees to the Sheriff.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: 1) THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE URGED TO SEARCH THE FEDERAL TAX LIEN INDEX IN THE COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE. 2) THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH R.C.5721.19 AFFIDAVIT CONCERNING ANY PROPERTY IN OHIO WHICH IS OWNED IN WHOLE OR IN PARTY BY THE PURCHASER VERIFYING THE TAX PAYMENT STATUS OF SAID PROPERTY.
The Sheriff’s Office does not grant access to the property for viewing. The Sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property upon confirmation of the sale.
