NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Brewster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold an in-person, public hearing(s) on the following matter(s) on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM, at the Brewster Town Offices, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631.
ZBA Case No. 26-01: Owner/Applicant: The ELIKAT Trust, LLC, Daniel H. and Shari J. Crumb, Trustees, has applied for a Special Permit pursuant to section 179-25B of the Brewster Zoning Bylaw to alter, extend or change a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling by constructing a front porch within the required front yard setback at 99 Partridge Circle, Tax Map 102 Lot 51, in the Residential Medium Density (RM) Zoning District. The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the special permit.
The application is available for viewing in the Planning Office at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov.
