82 CROSBY LANE LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER POLE HEARING Crosby Lane   NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY (d/b/a Eversource Energy) requests permission to locate underground cables, conduits, manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, in, under, along and across the following public way or ways of Robbins Hill Road. To install 30’ +/- of 1-3” conduit and one (1) handhole 1/HA6. The purpose of this construction is to provide new underground service to the customer located at 82 Crosby Lane, Brewster.   Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be granted a location for and permission to install and maintain underground cables, conduits, and manholes, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary, said underground cables, conduits, and manholes to be installed substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked Plan No. 23560919 dated November 19, 2025.   A public hearing on the petition will be held on Tuesday, January, 6, 2026, at 9:00 am at Brewster Town Hall, Room B.
