Espinosa, Connie L. Culic.   That C&S Investments Limited Liability Company the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will Offer for sale at public auction on or after 22nd day of April A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
