SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE     WHEREAS on April 08, 2003, CLARENCE A. SMITH, A MARRIED MAN AND CARRIE N. SMITH, HIS WIFE, executed a Deed of Trust to T.
