Proposals will be accepted in the Office of the Finance Manager, until 4:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on Friday, January 16, 2026. Proposals will not be publicly opened and read. The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals and to waive irregularities in said proposals.
