Invitation for Bids Bids are requested for the Stroudsburg Little Bethel Historical Association Project to be located at 115 N. 3rd St., Stroudsburg, PA 18360. The project includes: Repointing/replacement of the bricks with special care for historic preservation; Replacement of exterior window sills; Painting of exterior window frames; Removal and replacement of dilapidated retaining wall; Replacement of shingles on western edge of roof; Gutters and downspouts for roof; Refurbishing of exterior benches; Sanding and sealing of interior window frames.
