Notice is hereby given that the Leland Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Leland Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Dr, Leland, NC to consider a zoning map amendment described as follows:
To rezone Brunswick County Tax Parcel ID 0570008613 from M-F, Multifamily District to C-1, Commercial Business District, General Commercial.
The Public is encouraged to attend and participate in the public hearing. Written comments may be received up to 24 hours prior to the public hearing date.
