The above-named Plaintiff has brought an action in Providence Superior Court against James Mattelus a/k/a James Metellus as an Heir of the Estate of Shirleen M. Weaver. The judicial foreclosure complaint concerns a certain parcel of land in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island, being known as and numbered 228 Sunbury Street. You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is listed below, an answer to the Complaint for Judicial Foreclosure which is hereby served upon you within twenty (20) days after service via publication of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of publication. This complaint is available for viewing and/or downloading from the Rhode Island Judiciary's Electronic Filing System or you may obtain a copy by submitting a written request to Plaintiffs attorney, whose address appears below.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Judicial Foreclosure Complaint including a sale of the real estate. Your answer must also be filed with the Court.
It is ORDERED that notice be given by publishing a copy of this notice one time per week for two successive weeks in the Providence Journal, a newspaper of general circulation that serves Providence, RI.
