Kelley, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes, of the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins, State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Ithaca for the year 2026. Take further notice that I will attend at 215 North Tioga Street, in the said Town of Ithaca from Monday, January 5, 2026, to Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 8 am to 4 pm each day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on the said roll. Take further notice that taxes paid prior to February 2, 2026, will be collected without penalty. On all taxes received after such a date, there shall be added interest of one percent for the first month and an additional one percent for each additional month until paid. The Town of Ithaca is only allowed to accept tax payments until March 31st. After April 1st, all payments and additional penalties are made to the Tompkins County Finance Department, 125 East Court Street, Ithaca, New York. Take further notice that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Ithaca will be returned to Tompkins County Finance Department no later than the 10th day of April 2026.
