Public Hearing Notice
On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 7:00 pm, the Planning Board will hold a hybrid meeting in the Edward H. Dlott (Select Board) Meeting Room located at 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA (in-person participation) and via Zoom (remote participation) to review the application of Trask Development, Inc. (the “Applicant”). The Applicant has applied for a Modification of a Scenic Road per Massachusetts General Law (MGL) c. 40, §15C and a Public Shade Tree per MGL c. 87 (for the removal of five Public Shades Trees, two Colorado Spruce, two Norway Maples, one Crabapple measuring a total of sixty inches diameter breast height) (the “Application”).
The properties are located at 52 Everett Street (72-00000037), 56 Everett Street (72-00000038), 66 Everett Street (72-0000039A), 70 Everett Street 72-000039BB (the “Property”) and is located within the Residential Single B (RSB) Zoning District.
