The Raynham Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at Raynham Veterans’ Memorial Town Hall, 558 South Main St., to consider Petition No. 1064, Joseph Williams, Raynham, MA, request for a variance from Raynham Zoning By-laws, Sec. 350-5.1. Minimum Requirements-Side yard setback, to allow construction of a garage with less than the required side yard setback. Variance of eight feet is sought to allow garage at 12.4 ft. and 13.2 ft. corner setbacks. Locus property is 154 Eleanor Road, Assessors’ Map 12, Lot 178, Raynham, MA. A copy of the plan and application may be viewed in full at the Board of Appeals’ office or Town Clerk’s office at Raynham Town Hall during usual scheduled business hours.
