NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF FAIRFIELD PLANNING BOARD
ESSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing before the Fairfield Township Planning Board will be held on January 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Fairfield Township Municipal Building, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, New Jersey, at which hearing the application of Kingsbridge Office Park LLC (the "Applicant"), the owner of Block 2301, Lot 2, more commonly known as 6, 7 and 10 Kingsbridge Road and 264 Passaic Avenue in the Township of Fairfield, County of Essex and State of New Jersey (the "Property"), for Amended Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval to allow for the removal of additional street lights located on a public road, Kingsbridge Road, which is not under the ownership or control of the Applicant. The Property is located in the L-1 Light Industrial Zone and RZO Overlay Zone and currently consists of a mixed-use development with residential and commercial uses present. The Applicant previously received approvals for the development of the mixed-use site that included adding additional street lights on Kingsbridge Road, but the Applicant's request to the Township to vacate Kingsbridge Road was denied and that portion of the approved site plan cannot be completed by the Applicant. The Applicant may seek any additional variances and/or waivers as required by law or by the Township of Fairfield Planning Board.
The application filed by Applicant will be on file with the Township of Fairfield Planning Board located at Fairfield Township Municipal Building, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, New Jersey at least ten days prior to the public hearing and may be inspected by all interested parties during normal business hours.
