PLAT VACATION PV25-14
Pursuant to Section 177.101, F.S., the Board of County Commissioners will consider a petition to vacate the County’s interest in a 227.84 square-foot portion of a drainage easement on Lot 44, Lakes Estates III Subdivision, also known as 1633 Oak Circle South, Sarasota, Florida 34232, at its Public Hearing on January 27, 2026, at the Robert L. Anderson Administration Center, County Commission Chamber, 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.

The petition and/or other information are available for public inspection at the Sarasota County Property Management Office, located at 1001 Sarasota Center Boulevard, Sarasota 34240.
If an objection is filed, the objecting party will be invited to appear and be heard at a scheduled public meeting before the Board of County Commissioners at a certain time and date. If you prefer not to appear in person, written comments filed with the Clerk of the Board will be heard and considered.
