NOTICE OF INTENT TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT FOR WORK COMPLETED TO DATE   Please take notice that the Windy Gap Firming Project Water Activity Enterprise (“WGFP Enterprise”), owned and operated by the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, has received a request from Barnard Construction Company, Inc. (“Contractor”), for final payment and settlement for work completed to date under the contract between the WGFP Enterprise and Contractor, dated December 19, 2019, for the Construction of the Chimney Hollow Reservoir Project performed in Larimer County, Colorado. Pursuant to C.R.S.§38-26-107, as amended, any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor or his subcontractor in or about the performance of the work under the contract, or that has supplied rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the extent used in the prosecution of the work under the contract, whose claim therefore, has not been paid, may file with the WGFP Enterprise a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim no later than 10 days after the last date of publication of this notice.
