In accordance with the provisions of MGL c40A, §10, and the Town of Hubbardston Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the application of Darryl Gagne. The petitioner seeks a variance under Hubbardston Zoning bylaws, Article 5 Section 5.1 Table of Dimensions, for the construction of a new home. The subject property is located at 43 Pitcherville Rd, identified as Assessors Map 3, Lot 197, in the residential zoning district. The requested variance is for relief from the minimum frontage requirement of 200 feet, proposing frontage of 100 feet. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:45pm. The hearing will take place at 48 Gardner Rd in the Downstairs Meeting Room.
Copies of the application, plans, and related documents may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk or Land Use office during normal business hours.
