Notice is given by the Planning Board under the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Sections 9 and 11 and the Braintree Zoning Ordinance Chapter 135 Articles V, VI, VII, VIII, XI and XIV that a Public Hearing will be conducted on January 13, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in Braintree Town Hall. The Planning Board will consider an Application for Special Permit (135-601: Use – Two Family Conversion) and Site Plan Review filed by Jason Umbro, Applicant. The Applicant is seeking a Special Permit and Site Plan Review approval to convert the existing Single-Family Dwelling into a Two-Family Dwelling.
The property is located at 101 Arborway Drive, Zoned Residence B, as shown on Assessors Plan 3038 Plot 17. The total lot size is 10,410 square feet.
