Medway Planning and Economic Development Board

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Medway Zoning Bylaw and G.L. c. 40A that the Medway Planning and Economic Development Board (PEDB) will conduct a public hearing on January 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, in Sanford Hall, to consider an application from Medway Village Food Pantry, Inc., for property located at 74 Main Street (Medway Shoppes FKA Gould’s Plaza), Assessor Parcel No. 40-053, in the Central Business (CB) zoning district. A special permit is required for the operation of a food pantry; Administrative Site Plan Review is also required for the permanent installation of an outdoor walk-in cooler/freezer.
Copies of the petition, floor plans, and associated materials are on file with the Medway Town Clerk and the Community and Economic Development office at Medway Town Hall and may be inspected during regular Town Hall office hours.
