All bids are required to be submitted through the City’s PMWeb Software System at https://tempe-az.pmweb.com/pmweb/ and must be received by 9:30 a.m. (Arizona time), January 21, 2026. At that time, bids will be electronically opened, the name of the bidder, the date and time the bid was received, and the amount of the bid will be publicly read online in an electronic meeting room. All Plan holders will be provided a link to this electronic meeting room the morning of the bid opening. Bids received after the time specified above will not have the ability to submit said bid and will not be considered. The proposed work will consist of REHABILITATING 24 PIPE SEGMENTS AND 8 MANHOLES TO IMPROVE THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM. WORK INCLUDES INSTALLING CURED-IN-PLACE-PIPE (CIPP) LINERS, REPLACING DETERIORATED PIPES, AND APPLYING PROTECTIVE EPOXY COATINGS AND STRUCTURAL INSERTS TO MANHOLES. BYPASS AND TEMPORARY FLOW DIVERSION OPERATIONS WILL BE USED TO MAINTAIN SERVICE DURING CONSTRUCTION, together with associated work.
