REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF KINGSTON
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, the Town of Kingston, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, will accept sealed proposals for the Fiscal 2027 Valuation Updates for Real and Personal Property Values.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained by contacting the Board of Assessors, 26 Evergreen Street, Kingston Town House, Kingston, MA 02364, 781-585-0509. RFPs may be obtained in person from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday beginning January 5, 2026. RFPs will be available until January 20, 2026. Proposals must be received no later than 10:00 AM on January 22, 2026, in the Office of the Town Administrator, 26 Evergreen Street, Kingston Town House, Kingston, MA 02364.
Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
