The Scituate Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Select Board’s Hearing Room in the Scituate Town Hall located at 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway and also be accessible via Zoom on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 7:00PM to consider the following request:
BCG-76 Glades Rd LLC., 76 Glades Rd., Scituate, MA 02066 Applicant BCG-76 Glades Road, LLC requests a Special Permit/ Finding pursuant to Sections 810 and 820 of the Scituate Zoning Bylaws and M.G.L. c. 40A, § 6, to authorize the conversion of an existing commercial unit in an existing nonconforming building to residential use at 76 Glades Road, Scituate. Applicant seeks to convert the former United States Postal Service unit to a one-bedroom residential unit resulting in a building with a total of four dwelling units.
