NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids for the Summit Road & Morse Road Waterline & Sanitary Sewer Extension project will be received by the Licking Regional Water District (LRWD) at 8675 York Road SW, Pataskala, Ohio 43062 until Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time, and then and there publicly opened and read. The project generally includes installation of approximately 11,400 feet of 8” and 16” PVC waterline and 10,300 feet of 12” PVC sanitary sewer along Summit Road and Morse Road in Licking County, Ohio. The Project is being funded with monies made available by the Clean Water And Drinking Water State Revolving Funds and the Ohio Public Works Commission and such law contains provisions commonly known as “Use of American Iron and Steel;” that requires all of the iron and steel products used in the project be produced in the United States.
