NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  The City Council of Hopewell, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia, 23860 to receive public comments regarding the following item(s): The appeal of the Architectural Review Board’s December 3, 2025 decision for the property located at 206 N. 2nd Avenue, owned by 300 Real Estate Holdings, LLC. A copy of the appeal decision is available for public review at the City Clerk’s Office. If the public would like to make any comments regarding this public hearing, they may do so by submitting it in writing to the clerk’s office located at 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860 or via e-mail at cityclerk@hopewellva.gov.
