By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2404-MF-000862 wherein New American Funding, LLC FKA Broker Solutions Inc. DBA New American Funding was Plaintiff, and Helen Theresa Cooper were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20 day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
