Up to four contractors may be selected for this Job Order Contract based on the City’s workload. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 5.5% has been established for this project. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 200 W. Washington Street, Phoenix City Hall, 8th Floor, Conference Room 8E and Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting.
