By virtue of the above stated writ, to me directed, issued out of the SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION Docket No. F00507119 will be exposed to sale at public venue on TUESDAY the 3RD DAY OF FEBRUARY, A.D. 2026 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock (at 2 o'clock) Prevailing Time in the afternoon of said day at the Office of the Sheriff, Toms River, Township of Tom's River, County of Ocean, New Jersey.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on FEBRUARY 28, 2023. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was adjourned indefinitely. Per an order of the Bankruptcy Court sale was rescheduled to be sold SEPTEMBER 17, 2024. Due to the filing of Bankruptcy sale was again adjourned indefinitely. Per an order of the Bankruptcy court sale is now being advertised for 4 consecutive weeks in order to inform the public of the rescheduled date of sale.

Surplus Money: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
The amount of judgement to be satisfied by said sale is the sum of $443,364.31 more or less plus interest.
The Sheriff shall deduct his fees, costs and comissions of sale from the total amount bid at the sale.
A 20% deposit (cash or certified funds) is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale.
