Notice is hereby given that the Pembroke Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 26 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Pembroke Community Center, 128 Center Street, 102A/102B 1st floor, on the application of Noel Heeran, 21 Allen Street, Pembroke, MA 02359, requesting a variance in accordance with the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Pembroke, Sec. IV.1.D.3., side yard setback to construct a car port installed on (3) three Sonotube Footings. Side yard setback with placement will be 3 feet towards the back yard and 4 feet off the lot line facing the front yard. 20-foot setback is required for the side yard. The property is located at 21 Allen Street, Pembroke, MA 02359, in Residential District A, as shown on Assessors’ Map D10 Lot 16C. A copy of the application is available in the Office of the Planning Board at Pembroke Town Hall.
