PUBLIC NOTICE   Morris County Park Commission, New Jersey   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Morris County Park Commission, in compliance with New Jersey Senate Bill 4654 enacted on June 30, 2025 by Gov. Phil Murphy, will publish all its public and legal notices on the official website of the Morris County Park Commission beginning March 1, 2026.   A website section containing the notices may be accessed as of March 1, 2026 via a button to be labeled “Public & Legal Notices” located on the front of the Park Commission homepage at:   www.morrisparks.net   The notices also will be shared for publication on the website of the New Jersey Department of State (NJDOS) effective March 1, 2026, pursuant to New Jersey Senate Bill 4654. The NJDOS has announced that it is working to finalize the hyperlink intake process. A “Statewide Legal Notices” button is already on the NJDOS website at:   https://www.nj.gov/state/   This advertisement also is a requirement under New Jersey Senate Bill 4654 and will be published at least twice monthly in an eligible online news publication throughout 2026 to inform the public that the Morris County Park Commission’s public notices and legal advertisement will be found online as of March 1, 2026 and thereafter.   Morris County Park Commission Richard Vitale, Deputy Executive Director  ($49.60)
