Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Upton, MA
§ 300-7.5 Large Lot Frontage Reduction Special Permit
The Planning Board of the Town of Upton, Massachusetts will hold a public hearing in Town Hall room G07 and remotely via Teams on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 pursuant to:
7:30 pm Large Lot Frontage Reduction Special Permit titled “Large Lot Frontage Reduction Plan of Land, 47 Mechanic St” to divide 47 Mechanic St into Lot 1, Lot 2, and “Remaining Land, not a Buildable Lot”. Filed by applicant/owner Amy Meller. Property is 22 acres located at 47 Mechanic St in Upton, MA. Assessor’s Map 14/Lot 71.
Copies of the applications will be available for review at: https://www.uptonma.gov/437/Planning-Board. Materials are also available at both the Town Clerk’s office and the Land Use and Inspectional Services office located in Town Hall. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this application should attend the meeting either in-person or virtually at the designated date & time. Information about remote meeting participation will be available on the agenda to be posted on the Upton website (www.uptonma.gov) prior to the meeting.
