ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The County of Winnebago, Wisconsin, a tax-exempt municipal corporation under Wisconsin Statute 77.54(9a), will receive sealed bids up to 3:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026, for the following: ITB-12-2026 Winnebago County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace the Wittman Airport Tower Chiller. Contractors may obtain copies of the Bid Documents from DemandStar/OpenBids. If you are not a member of DemandStar/OpenBids, please contact the Purchasing Department for information on how to sign up free of charge. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at 3110 Knapp St. Oshkosh WI 54901. Enter through Gate #33. Bids must be electronically filed on the DemandStar/OpenBids platform, no later than 3:00 p.m., central time, February 11, 2026. Bids received after the above hour and date, will be returned unopened to the bidder. A bid bond, payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. Contractor shall furnish a Public Improvement Performance/Labor and Materials Payment Bond pursuant to Sec. 779.14 WI Statutes, with a surety duly authorized to and licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin for use and benefit of claimants in an amount not less than the contract sum. Bids will be opened electronically at 3:00 p.m., central time, February 11, 2026. Bid results will be available on DemandStar/OpenBids immediately after unsealing. Winnebago County is not liable for any costs incurred in replying to this request.
