COMMUNITY PRESERVATION PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Yarmouth Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold its annual public hearing and information session on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Yarmouth Town Hall Hearing Room, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA. The Committee is seeking public input on the goals, needs, and resources to improve Yarmouth in the four target areas of Community Housing, Historic Preservation, Open Space, and Recreation. Past success of Community Preservation Act funding in Yarmouth will be discussed as will future directions, priorities, and challenges.
