Luna and Rudolfo Luna, as follows: Awarding Plaintiff a principal sum in the amount of $3,144.00; Awarding Plaintiff taxable costs against the Defendants in the amount of $539.44; Awarding Plaintiff reasonable attorneys’ fees against the Defendants in the amount of $1,340.00; Awarding Plaintiff post-judgment interest against the Defendants at the statutory rate of 7.5% until the entire Judgment (which totals $5,023.44) is paid in full; Including any payments received on or after April 3, 2025 which total $0.00 credited upon the Judgment balance (thus leaving a Judgment balance of $5,023.44), plus costs of Sheriff's Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit: Lot 386, of Greer Ranch North Phase I, according to the plat of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 741 of Maps, Page 32 and Certificates of Correction recorded as 2005-0761593 of Official Records and as 2005-1424275 of Official Records.
