EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE
In The Superior Court of the State of Arizona
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF MARICOPA
GREER RANCH NORTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, an Arizona non-profit corporation, Plaintiff(s),
vs.
JOSE A. LUNA, a married man as his sole and separate property and RUDOLFO LUNA, a single man; reputed owners; BLACK CORPORATIONS I-V; RED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES I-V; and WHITE PARTNERSHIPS I-V, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 25th day of November, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgement in the above-styled Court against the Defendants, Jose A. Luna and Rudolfo Luna, as follows:
Awarding Plaintiff a principal sum in the amount of $3,144.00; Awarding Plaintiff taxable costs against the Defendants in the amount of $539.44; Awarding Plaintiff reasonable attorneys’ fees against the Defendants in the amount of $1,340.00; Awarding Plaintiff post-judgment interest against the Defendants at the statutory rate of 7.5% until the entire Judgment (which totals $5,023.44) is paid in full; Including any payments received on or after April 3, 2025 which total $0.00 credited upon the Judgment balance (thus leaving a Judgment balance of $5,023.44), plus costs of Sheriff's Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 386, of Greer Ranch North Phase I, according to the plat of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 741 of Maps, Page 32 and Certificates of Correction recorded as 2005-0761593 of Official Records and as 2005-1424275 of Official Records.
AKA: 15825 West Jenan Drive, Surprise, Arizona 85379.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
