In pursuance of an Order of Sale to me directed from said Court in the above entitled action, I will expose to sale at public auction on the Sheriff's Realauction website: https://licking.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Thursday, February 5, 2026, beginning at 10:30 A.M. Bidding will open seven (7) days prior to the sale date. If property remains unsold after the first auction, it will be offered for sale at auction again on February 19, 2026 at the same time and place, the following described premises:

TERMS OF SALE: Property cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of the appraised value. If the Judgment Creditor is the purchaser, no deposit is required. All third party purchasers deposit(s) shall be made in accordance with the guidelines as set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 2329.211.
TERMS OF SECOND SALE: Property to be sold without regard to the minimum bid requirement subject to payment of taxes and court costs; deposit requirements same as the first auction.
Pursuant to ORC 2329.21, purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
