The permit was renewed August 21, 2024 and is located 1.2 miles south of Hays Mill Road (T-420) and ½ mile east of Sugar Maple Road along Bear Run Road (T-833) in Brothersvalley & Summit Townships, Somerset County. Bond release of $209,217.00 is requested for 22.7 acres. Total bond held is $348,696.00. The release area has been backfilled and regraded as of October 2025 and is eligible for Stage I bond release.
