St. Johns County Floodplain Management in Florida, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the community's intent to revise the flood hazard information along Moultrie Creek, generally between County Road 214 U. S. at the upstream end and State Road 207 at the downstream end.
The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Follow-Up Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-1653P for the Entrada and Cordera developments. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow and be established within the area of revision.
Maps and detailed analysis of the flood hazard revision can be reviewed at the County Development Review Office at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. Interested persons may call Ms. Westly Woodward, St. Johns County Floodplain Manager, at 904.209.0672, for additional information from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
