NOTICE OF RECEIVING BIDS Sealed bids for furnishing Acrylic Water Base Traffic Paint for use by the Portage County Engineer will be received, at the Office of the Portage County Director of Internal Services, Portage County Administration Building, 1st floor, 449 South Meridian Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Please use the building entrance off Chestnut. Bid openings will be held in the lobby. Specifications and Official Bid Forms may be obtained from the Portage County Engineer, Larry D. Jenkins Jr., P.E., P.S., 5000 Newton Falls Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond with satisfactory surety or by a certified check, cashier's check, or money order drawn on a solvent bank and payable to the Portage County Board of Commissioners in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
