Matthew L. Trowbridge's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Case No. 2025 CVC-E 000534 , in the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County, Ohio, 107 W. Liberty St., Wooster, OH 44691, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Matthew L. Trowbridge's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, if any, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 283 Cardinal St., Apple Creek, OH 44606 and known as Parcel Number 2700085000. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six (6) consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on February 20, 2026.
