Correction Bid Opening 2/2/2026 6pm
Notice is hereby given that the Mantua Township Board of Trustees will accept sealed bids for the 2026-2027 Lawn Maintenance Contract, covering lawn care and grounds maintenance for all township-owned properties for the Spring 2026 through Fall 2027 seasons. All bids shall be opened and read aloud on February 2,2026 at 6:00 PM at the Mantua Township Town Hall, 4122 Twinsburg Warren Road (Ohio 82), Mantua, Ohio 44255.
The complete "Lawn Maintenance Contract" and specifications are available for review online at:www.mantuatownshipohio.gov/announcements Hard copies may be obtained at the Mantua Township Service Department, 11621 Mantua Center Road, Mantua, Ohio
44255. During hours 7am – 3pm.Normal business days.
A pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held at the Mantua Township Town Hall on January 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM to examine the proposed sites and discuss contract requirements. (Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.). All completed bids must be received by the Mantua Township Fiscal Officer no later than 4:00 PM on February 2, 2026.
