NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Kings Mountain has called a public hearing regarding applications for rezoning. The hearing will take place at City Hall, 101 W. Gold Street, Kings Mountain, North Carolina in Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Proposed new rezoning’s include: • Z-25-14 To rezone parcel 49416 from Suburban Residential (SR) to Light Industrial (LI) • Z-25-15 To rezone parcels 10007 and 62645 from Auto-Urban Commercial (AU) to Mixed Use (MU) The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
